Silver Award received by founder - John Houghton

This years Royal Highland Show at Ingliston gave Houghton Parkhouse the unique opportunity to exhibit some of their latest design innovations for livestock transportation, including an impressive display of 'Four Deck' Livestock transporters for the commercial market.

Standing side by side with the proven 'tractor drawn' livestock transporters was the latest addition to the fold the Award Winning single/multi-deck hydraulic 'Platinum T35' livestock trailer, specifically designed using the lastet technology for the farming community.

The highlight of the show was reserved for the 'Platinum T35' which scooped top honours, being awarded a Silver Medal for Technical Innovation, this being the highest award possible.

This was a very proud moment for the Houghton Parkhouse team, showing that the design engineering expertise and energy which goes into each and every component of a Houghton Parkhouse Livestock Transporter continues to be ahead of its rivals.
