With effect from October 2012 Houghton Parkhouse Ltd is
the first UK livestock trailer manufacturer to have EC Whole
Vehicle Type Approval and national small series type approval for
its range of semi and centre axle tri-axle and tandem
trailers.
The approval covers Livestock Transporters and dry
freight variants as well as centre axle drawbar
trailers.
We are now already working towards rigid vehicle
approval which doesn't become mandatory until 2014 and Houghton
Parkhouse are confident they will achieve this in a timely
fashion.
